Fractional ERP Implementation Leader (Finance-Led)

Heritage Holding is seeking an ERP Implementation Leader to own and drive ERP rollouts across the portfolio. This finance-led role focuses on clean books, reliable reporting, and scalable systems, not technology for its own sake.

Open to full-time or fractional (~20 hours/week), you will manage end-to-end projects, partner with CFOs and accounting teams, and coordinate with outside partners to deliver a repeatable playbook that delivers cleaner financials and better reporting for the business
