Seeking a part-time, fully remote Fractional Development Director, the organization will focus on building development infrastructure, advising on major-gifts strategy, and preparing for the recruitment of a permanent senior development leader over a six to nine-month consulting engagement. Key responsibilities Assess the current development operation and establish clear priorities and a work plan Strengthen development systems, workflows, and management practices Support the fall annual giving campaign and assist in defining the structure for the development team Required qualifications Substantial experience in building and leading major-gifts-focused nonprofit development programs Demonstrated ability to design development systems and management practices Experience in strategic advising and hands-on implementation Ability to establish credibility quickly in a remote organization Interim or fractional development leadership experience is a plus
