Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Fractional CEO to provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and growth guidance for an environmental services company. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives
- Advise ownership/ team on operations, scaling, and organizational structure
- Improve accountability, KPIs, and business processes
- Support financial planning, forecasting, and decision-making
- Mentor leadership team and strengthen company culture
- Identify new revenue opportunities and partnerships
- Provide executive-level leadership on a flexible, part-time basis
Qualifications
- Previous CEO, President, COO, or senior executive experience
- Proven track record scaling businesses and driving growth
- Strong operational and financial acumen
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with SMBs, or growth-stage companies preferred
- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results
