Frac Lead Operator II (LOP2)Oversee hydration unit operations, manage rig-in/rig-out processes, and troubleshoot hydration issues. Ensure suction valving is correct and tank levels are adequate before starting a stage, while also emphasizing preventive maintenance.Duties & ResponsibilitiesHydration Operations: Direct rig-in/rig-out of hydration units, ensuring suction and discharge hoses are safely rigged up per SOPSuction Management: Manage the suction side of hydration, ensuring water transfer meets demand.
