FP Movement Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Supports the selling, service, and operations of the store to achieve an inspiring environment founded on fitness, wellness and happiness
• Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects the company values
• Creates selling initiatives that enhance the customer experience
• Supports the Store Manager in developing consistent event programming
• Guides the team to prioritize customer service and styling recommendations
• Collaborates with key partners to effectively execute shipment processing

Requirements

• 1+ years store leadership experience
• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
