Leading a remote team, the FP&A Team Lead will oversee the quality and timeliness of financial planning and analysis work, manage FP&A Analysts, and focus on corporate planning and portfolio forecasting in a contract role. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the day-to-day activities of FP&A Analysts, providing coaching and feedback Own and develop recurring financial models, forecasts, and reports within the assigned functional area Analyze financial results, identify key drivers, and conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to support decision-making Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field Five or more years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or a closely related finance role Prior experience leading or mentoring finance professionals and a strong understanding of financial statements Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including the ability to construct three-statement models Demonstrated analytical judgment and ability to communicate financial results effectively to various stakeholders
