Seeking a hands-on FP&A Systems and AI Enablement Manager, this full-time remote role will manage the EPM platform, translate complex business requirements into technical solutions, and drive the adoption of AI in finance processes to support the organization's growth as it transitions to a public company. Key responsibilities Own and manage the EPM platform (Pigment), including data models, calculation logic, and security architecture Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical platform solutions and modeling patterns Identify, pilot, and deploy AI use cases to automate workflows and enhance financial planning processes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 5+ years of experience in a hybrid FP&A/Systems role with a strong foundation in corporate finance Deep hands-on implementation experience in modern EPMs, with exposure to cross-system integrations Experience in a high-growth, pre-IPO SaaS company is strongly preferred Active utilization of AI tools and automation technologies to solve business problems
