FP&A Strategy Analyst

Insight Global is currently hiring an FP&A Strategy Analyst for a large healthcare client. This role will be a 5 month contract to start but could have the opportunity for extension to over a year! The ideal candidate will be local to Richmond or live within an hour radius (in office work might be needed occasionally) but the client may also consider fully remote for the right candidate! This person will be working Monday through Friday during standard work hours.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, or related functions.
• Strong understanding of organizational design principles and workforce strategy.
• Experience supporting both Finance and HR stakeholders in a complex corporate environment.
• Proven ability to perform scenario planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Strong knowledge of policy, governance, and compliance considerations related to organizational planning.
• Experience developing executive-level reporting and strategic recommendations.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead long-range financial planning and forecasting activities, including budget development, scenario modeling, and strategic workforce planning.
• Analyze organizational structures and operating models to identify opportunities for optimization and improved efficiency.
• Partner with Finance, HR, and functional business leaders to determine appropriate ownership and alignment of key business functions.
• Develop alternative recommendations and cost-benefit analyses to address business challenges and budget constraints.
• Assess service level expectations and identify ways to achieve operational objectives within established financial parameters.
• Analyze the organizational and financial implications of proposed structural, staffing, and operational changes.
• Create year-over-year analyses, trend reporting, and performance metrics to support business decision-making.
