Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $130,000 to $190,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct detailed variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to management.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and dashboards, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and provide financial insights for decision-making.
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
- Demonstrate proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong focus on financial modeling.
- Exhibit advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software for data analysis and reporting.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership through clear and insightful financial presentations.
- Maintain the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Apply expertise in ad hoc financial analysis and modeling to support special projects.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance FP&A efficiency and effectiveness.
- Adapt quickly to evolving business needs and provide strategic financial recommendations.
- Uphold professionalism and integrity while delivering high-quality financial insights.
