Acting as a strategic partner to the Power CFO and FP&A leadership team, the full-time remote FP&A Operations Manager will manage investor relations processes, drive digital transformation initiatives, and oversee financial operations and reporting for the Power segment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for Investor Relations, preparing Q&A responses and driving process improvements Lead operational and financial activities including planning, reporting, and critical close cycles for the Power segment Manage high-impact projects related to digital transformation and reporting standards across the finance organization Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college Minimum of 7 years of finance experience with increasing responsibility Experience leading teams and managing projects Proven ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic insights Strong understanding of digital tools and financial compliance standards
