Owning financial planning, reporting, and systems architecture, the full-time remote FP&A Manager, Workday Adaptive Planning will manage the Workday Adaptive Planning environment, partner with executive leadership on budgeting and forecasting, and serve as the internal expert on financial planning technology. Key responsibilities: Administer the Workday Adaptive Planning environment, ensuring accurate data flows and ongoing system maintenance Manage expense budgeting and full P&L reporting while delivering forecasts and variance analysis to senior leadership Serve as a trusted financial advisor to department leaders, translating financial data into actionable insights Required qualifications: 3-5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably in a SaaS or PE-backed business Direct experience implementing and/or administering Workday Adaptive Planning Demonstrated knowledge of ACV/ARR/SaaS metrics and full P&L ownership Experience building scalable reporting infrastructure for automated, board-ready reporting packages Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
