Working within a dynamic Finance team, you will report to the Director of FP&A and collaborate closely with departments such as Customer Success, Clinical Operations, Marketing, and Sales. Your primary focus will be to drive financial decisions that support our AI-enabled virtual specialty care platform, ensuring effective management of high-cost chronic conditions.This position is crucial as the organization gears up to establish its long-term financial roadmap for 2026. You will own the end-to-end FP&A functions, including monthly close packages and budget cycles, providing valuable insights that influence critical business decisions.## Key Responsibilities- Manage the monthly financial variance package, offering detailed analysis of P&L, COGS, gross profit percentage, and OPEX, along with insightful narrative commentary.- Develop and maintain driver-based financial models, focusing on metrics such as member growth, acquisition costs, and clinical cost-to-serve.- Collaborate with department heads to translate business plans into resource-based budgets and validate assumptions.- Oversee the long-range planning and rolling forecasting processes, integrating various financial statements.- Prepare monthly board narratives, including KPI reports and P&L commentary, in conjunction with senior leadership.- Lead the 2026 budget cycle, managing timelines and collaboration among business units.- Create and manage an operational FP&A toolkit, including dashboards and scenario modeling tools.- Champion AI-driven FP&A workflows, utilizing modern AI tools to enhance financial processes and reporting.## Required Skills- 5-8 years of FP&A experience, preferably in a high-growth healthcare, SaaS, or subscription environment.- Proven ownership of budget cycles, board packs, and rolling forecasts from inception to completion.- Expertise in driver-based financial modeling with proficiency in building three-statement models in Excel.- Familiarity with modern FP&A platforms (e.g., Abacum, Pigment, Mosaic, Anaplan).- Strong business partnership abilities, with the capacity to engage in commercial discussions with non-finance stakeholders.- Understanding of unit economics, particularly in healthcare member economics.- Proficiency in utilizing AI tools for financial modeling and automated processes.- Comfortable using BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) for data analysis.- Excellent written and visual communication skills.## Preferred Skills- Experience in healthcare, particularly in chronic condition management or membership care models.- Background in investment banking, transaction advisory, or consulting.- Experience preparing for Series C funding or similar growth rounds.- Familiarity with implementing FP&A platforms and connecting financial forecasts to clinical operations models.## Benefits- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.- Flexible paid time off (PTO) and remote work options.- Professional development budget for continued education.- Opportunity to contribute to improving healthcare accessibility and patient outcomes.## Useful Links- (Company Website)( (Careers)( (LinkedIn)( Why You Might Be InterestedThis position offers a unique opportunity to impact chronic disease management in a rapidly growing startup environment.
