OverviewWe are looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to join Susquehanna’s FP&A team, based in Bala Cynwyd, PA. This is a player-coach role: you will own and execute day-to-day FP&A responsibilities while also helping build out the capabilities, processes, and tools the function needs as the firm grows.
The role spans financial planning, cost reporting, management reporting, and expense methodologies. There is meaningful work across all of these areas, and we need someone who can move fluidly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The right candidate is analytically sharp, a strong communicator, and genuinely energized by environments where the work is not yet fully defined.
Experience in financial services or trading is a plus; familiarity with how a prop trading firm operates is a real differentiator.
