To support the commercial teams, the full-time salaried FP&A Leader will manage financial planning and analysis, develop financial models, and provide strategic insights to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency in a rapidly evolving energy transition landscape. Key responsibilities Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning for the Commercial organization Partner with Commercial leadership to evaluate financial viability of contracts and support strategic decision-making Prepare executive-level presentations and financial reports, translating data into actionable insights for senior leadership Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field; MBA or CFA preferred 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, with 3-5 years in commercial or revenue-generating functions Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and financial planning systems Experience in the energy, battery, electric vehicle, or manufacturing industries
