FP&A Associate

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

 Supporting the maintenance and day-to-day operations of the portfolio monitoring platform.

o Streamlining the collection of portfolio company data using portfolio company reporting packages and

deal team models.

o Reviewing and validating data quality, identifying gaps, and helping to implement solutions to

strengthen data integrity.

o Partnering with sector leads on monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, mapping company data into the

monitoring system and aligning outputs with firm-wide reporting needs.

o Developing subject-matter expertise across assigned sectors, serving as a key liaison with deal teams on

reporting, data collection, and internal monitoring.

 Partnering with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective data collection processes.

 Contributing to projects and special initiatives, providing data-driven support to team leadership and cross functional stakeholders.

 Supporting the timely and accurate completion of ad-hoc deliverables related to Limited Partner or internal

requests.

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Accounting, or a related field.

 1-3+ years of experience in data administration, data analytics, or FP&A.

 High proficiency in Microsoft’s suite of office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). xzgxqkn

 Understanding of financial reporting metrics and operational KPIs.

 Knowledge of portfolio monitoring platforms (e.g., iLEVEL, 73 Strings, Chronograph, Capital IQ).
