FP&A Associate

A Global Bank is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as an FP&A Associate.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare recurring financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting business performance and key trends.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, and operating metrics to support budgeting, forecasting, and business decisions.
• Compare actual results with budgets and forecasts, investigate variances, and explain key drivers.
• Partner with Finance and business teams to maintain accurate data and consistent reporting.
• Support expense allocations, reconciliations, and cross-functional planning projects.
• Improve reporting processes and identify opportunities to automate routine analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; CPA or CFA preferred.
• 3+ years of financial planning, analysis, or management reporting experience within financial services.
• Experience working with large data sets, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Strong Excel and presentation skills; experience with financial reporting systems preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• SQL, Python, or reporting automation experience is a plus.
