nPosition Summary
nThe Senior FP&A Analyst serves as a strategic business partner to leadership across the
norganization, delivering financial insights that drive decision-making and value creation.
nThis role is responsible for forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis, while also
nmentoring junior staff and improving FP&A processes. The ideal candidate combines strong
nanalytical skills with business acumen and the ability to communicate complex financial
nconcepts clearly and effectively.
nEssential Duties and Responsibilities

nPartners with business unit leaders from VP to analyst level to deliver financial insights
nthat drive decision-making and value creation.
n·
nPrepares and leads the preparation and delivery of business reviews with actionable
ninsights and clear presentation materials.
n·
nDrives timely and accurate reporting to analyze financial reports, provide insights and
nidentify discrepancies requiring management attention.
n·
nDrives forecasting, forecast alignment, spend tracking, and monthly close activities,
npurchase order approvals, and headcount management.
n·
nCollaborate with Accounting to manage close deliverables, timelines, and reporting
naccuracy.
n·
nModel business scenarios and track performance metrics to support strategic
ninitiatives.
n·
nIdentify and implement improvements in forecasting, reporting, and automation
nprocesses.
n·
nProactively challenges existing processes and proposes innovative solutions to
nenhance FP&A effectiveness and decision support.

nEnsures compliance with company policies and procedures.
nConducts ad hoc financial modeling, scenario analysis, and pricing analysis as
nneeded.

nProvide guidance on FP&A processes and review work from junior staff, offering
nfeedback and mentorship.

nSupport driver-based forecasting and model design using tools such as BI360,
nAnaplan, OneStream, or Hyperion Planning.

nUtilize ERP systems and reporting platforms to enhance data accuracy and
naccessibility.

nMaintain availability during core business hours.
nOther duties as assigned by supervisor.

nSkills and Requirements
nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
nExperience:
n5+ years in financial analysis, operations analysis, business planning or data
nanalysis.
nKnowledge:
no Proficiency in GAAP and financial reporting.
no Strong understanding of financial modeling and scenario analysis to fit business needs.
no Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

nSkills:
no Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
no Ability to design, communicate, and adapt financial models to evolving business needs.
no Effective communicator with ability to present findings across all levels.
no Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
no Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally. Preferred:

nAdditional Experiences: Experience with M&A or valuation analysis, customer pricing
nand rate sheet maintenance.

nKnowledge: Familiarity with BI tools such as SQL, BI360, Anaplan, or OneStream.
nSkills: Self-starter with attention to detail.
