Intel has been selected for the Secure Enclave program, delivering advanced, secure silicon through its leading 18A process node and packaging technologies.Intel's Government Technology Group is seeking an experienced Foundry Solutions Business Development to drive customer engagement and business outcomes aligned with mission requirements. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen to accelerate adoption of Intel Foundry Services. The ideal candidate brings proven leadership, strong customer-facing experience, and a deep understanding of semiconductor technologies working at the intersection of engineering and business to support government and defense customers.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with customers and Business Development to design tailored Intel Foundry solutionsSupport the full sales cycle from engagement through deliveryProvide technical leadership in presentations, demonstrations, and solution design discussionsDevelop proposals, reference architectures, and proof-of-concept solutionsCollaborate with engineering teams to validate feasibility and optimize designsDrive competitive positioning, pricing, and contract negotiationsDeliver technical documentation, implementation roadmaps, and risk mitigation plansDomain ExpertiseBuild deep knowledge of Intel Foundry Services, roadmaps, and IP offeringsStay current on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and USG/DIB market dynamicsUnderstand semiconductor supply chain, pricing models, and contract structuresCross-Functional LeadershipEstablish trusted advisor relationships with customer technical stakeholdersPartner across engineering, business development, and marketing teamsTranslate customer needs into actionable technical and business solutionsContribute market insights to influence product and roadmap strategyPipeline and Opportunity ManagementIdentify, qualify, and advance new business opportunitiesSupport win strategies, competitive positioning, and deal executionManage technical sales activities through contract negotiation and closeMaintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in CRM systemsSales Enablement and Market DevelopmentDevelop technical collateral for U.S.

Government and defense marketsSupport marketing initiatives and customer success storytellingRepresent Intel at industry events as a technical subject matter expertDrive initiatives to expand market reach and customer value realizationQualifications:The Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.  Minimum qualifications listed below would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experience and / or schoolwork/classes/research. Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $140,230.00-285,410.00 USDThe range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation range for your preferred location during the hiring process.Work Model for this RoleThis role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
