Founding Security Engineer

To support various portfolio companies, the full-time Founding Security Engineer will design and operate security infrastructure, manage key security systems, and collaborate with engineering teams to address security risks in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities Design and operate security infrastructure across cloud, network, and production environments Build and manage PKI, IAM, secrets management, and access control systems Implement security monitoring, incident response processes, and manage penetration testing Required qualifications Strong experience in building or operating production security systems Deep understanding of network, infrastructure, cloud, or application security Experience with PKI, IAM, HSMs, KMS, and zero-trust architecture Ability to manage security projects end-to-end and collaborate with engineering teams Experience responding to incidents and managing security audits
