Founding SDR

I’m looking for a Founding Sales hire to join one of the fastest-growing AI startups in New York City .

They’re building AI agents to automate the marketing agency industry and already power growth systems for 50+ high-growth companies .

This is an opportunity to join a lean 7-person team and build the outbound sales function from the ground up.

SoHo, NYC — 5 days/week in office

Build the outbound engine, not just follow a playbook

Who I'm looking for:

• 1–3 years in SDR, BDR, outbound or SaaS sales — exceptional new grads considered
• Extremely competitive, hungry and resilient
• Strong written and verbal communicator
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound
• Someone who wants to build the playbook , not simply execute one
• Bonus: experience selling into marketing, SEO, content, growth teams or agencies

This isn't a comfortable 9–5.

It's for someone who wants to get exceptionally good at sales, exceptionally quickly and earn their way into a closing role.
