Key responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through close Source creatively using competitor mapping, referrals, and AI-powered tools Build and manage the hiring engine, including interview processes and candidate experience Required qualifications 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an early-stage or high-growth startup Experience with technical or research hiring, or a strong desire to learn Proven track record of high-volume GTM hiring, with healthcare or life sciences experience as a plus Fluency with modern recruiting and AI tools, with a focus on automating repetitive tasks Demonstrated ability to move quickly from outreach to signed offer while maintaining high standards
