Hedge is seeking a founding wholesale broker to build and own our property practice in San Francisco. You will leverage retail-agency ties, market judgment, and relentless follow-through to secure durable revenue across commercial property, catastrophe-exposed property, and layered placements.
Base salary ranges from $125K to $250K, with target OTE of $500K and equity of 0.50% at hire plus up to 0.25% performance grant.
