Allswell is seeking the first Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to integrate medication management with our LGBTQIA+-affirming therapy model. You will build prescribing protocols from the ground up and deliver medication management remotely in collaboration with therapists and trauma-informed care.
Reporting to the Clinical and Medical Directors, you will craft SOPs and workflows, conduct assessments, and continuously iterate the care model.
