XYZ Ventures is an AI transformation agency with a portfolio of active ventures. We’re looking for an operator to step in as CEO or GM of one of them.

Not to advise. Not to consult. To run it.

You’ll own the P&L, the team, the GTM, and the roadmap. You’ll have real equity and real accountability.

Each one is active. Each one has an existing foundation: brand, systems, and early traction. You’re not starting from zero. You’re starting from something that needs an owner.

• Day-to-day operations and execution

• Reporting to Jane on a defined cadence

• You know how to build revenue, not just pipeline.
• You make decisions fast and own the outcomes.

• You have a point of view on AI and what it unlocks for operators. You’ve already been experimenting.
