As Fulcrum’s Founding Operator, you’ll work with the leadership team on strategic projects, customer-facing work, analytics, and operational builds to ship outcomes quickly. This is an in-person role in San Francisco requiring high agency, executive presence, and the ability to structure ambiguous problems into actionable plans.
