Founding GTM At Mosaic
As the Founding GTM at Mosaic, you'll own the strategy and execution behind how we reach, convert, and retain Enterprises. You'll work closely with the CEO on GTM strategies, leading efforts primarily on creating a repeatable system around B2B sales, including outbound, pipeline generation, leading customer-facing demos, structuring deals, and managing customer success + account expansion after a deal closes.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previously been a founder or led growth at an early-stage startup
- Experience setting up repeatable systems around Enterprise sales
- The ability to define metric-based goals and make data-driven decisions to reach them
- Approaches GTM and Sales with AI-native thinking and tooling
