Founding General Manager, Wellness Spa

City Cave is opening a new St. Pete location and seeks a founding General Manager to shape the site from day one. You will recruit and develop the Spa Operations and Massage Therapy teams, set service standards, and drive guest satisfaction while partnering with the owner and City Cave support team.

You will lead day-to-day operations, manage scheduling, inventory and vendor needs, and own revenue-related KPIs, aiming to build a strong local presence and sustainable profitability.
