- Design, build, and maintain full stack applications from front-end interfaces to scalable back-end systems
- Develop APIs, microservices, and cloud-based architectures
- Collaborate with founders to define technical strategy and align it with business goals
- Contribute to the technical roadmap, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code across the stack
- Help shape engineering culture and establish software development best practices
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a full stack or back-end engineer
- Track record of shipping high-quality products
- Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Proficiency with back-end frameworks such as Node.js, Django, Flask, or Ruby on Rails
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, Ruby, Go, or TypeScript
- Experience in early-stage startups or lean teams is a plus
