Compensation: $100K-$250K USD + 1-3% equity
As a founding firmware engineer, you will be responsible for the architecture and development of our mixed-signal simulation platform, made for firmware and electrical engineers.
In addition to the core simulation platform, you will design and develop our hardware verification systems, to make sure simulation behavior matches real-world behavior.
What you'll do
- Architect and collaborate on the development of our software and hardware products.
- Develop tools for analyzing hardware and firmware in simulation.
- Work on developing our in-house mixed-signal simulation platform.
Who you are
- Past experience in embedded systems, firmware, and electronic design.
- Able to read and understand datasheets and reference manuals.
- Hands‑on experience with debugging PCBs and firmware with lab equipment and simulation.
- Experience in SIL/HIL verification loops.
- Experience with GPU programming (CUDA, OpenCL, etc.).
- Developed software tools for embedded devices.
- Past work experience in robotics, automotive, and/or semiconductors.
