BP Freight is seeking a Founding Customer Success Consultant to design and build a scalable Customer Success department from the ground up. This remote, fractional/part-time role reports to the CEO and focuses on creating strategy, systems, KPIs, playbooks, and an operating rhythm to drive retention and expansion.
You will define the customer lifecycle, develop onboarding and renewal programs, and build dashboards for executive reporting while shaping the CS organization for scalable growth.
