Own the full brokerage workflow — quoting, binding, and servicing commercial trucking accounts. You'll work directly with carriers and customers to close deals and define how Postral operates at scale.
What you'll do
- Quote and bind commercial trucking policies across 30+ carrier partners
- Build and manage relationships with fleet operators and owner-operators
- Define the playbook for how Postral handles underwriting and renewals
- Work closely with the founding team to shape product and pricing
What we're looking for
- Active P&C license (or willingness to obtain quickly)
- 2+ years experience in commercial trucking or transportation insurance
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, zero-process startup environment
- Strong communicator — you'll be the face of Postral to our first customers
