Founding BDR — Build the Outbound Engine (Equity)

LightSource is building the first BDR function to fuel its procurement SaaS platform. You will own the outbound and inbound motion from scratch, designing messaging, sequencing, and multi-threaded outreach, while hitting aggressive activity and meeting quotas.

You’ll work with modern stacks (HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, Clay, AI tools) and partner with Account Executives to scale top-of-funnel growth. Leadership interest and ownership are encouraged.
