Brightidea is hiring a Founding Account Executive for Hackathon, a standalone product built on Brightidea's platform. You will own the full sales cycle, prospect relentlessly, and use AI tools to prototype missing features, closing deals while shaping the GTM motion from the ground up.
You will define ICP, stand up the playbook, shape the tech stack, and collaborate with product/marketing to optimize positioning, packaging, and pricing as the motion forms.
