US Remote | Full-time | Competitive OTE
Altura Partners is partnering with an early-stage identity security start-up entering a major phase of US growth.
The company is tackling a genuine gap in enterprise identity security, with strong early traction across large organisations and ambitions to scale quickly across North America. This is a chance to join while the commercial team is still being built, with real influence over how the company sells, who it sells to and how the US go-to-market develops.
They are looking for a Founding Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new enterprise revenue across the US:
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through to close
- Build pipeline across large enterprise and Fortune-level accounts
- Manage complex, multi-threaded sales cycles with security and technical stakeholders
- Work closely with leadership and technical teams through evaluations and POCs
- Help shape messaging, sales process and territory strategy
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in an Enterprise AE, Strategic AE or Account Director role
- Experience selling cybersecurity SaaS into large enterprises
- Track record of closing six-figure deals
- Strong new-logo hunting and self-generated pipeline experience
- Start-up or early-stage scale-up experience xhqgsiq
- Experience selling to CISOs, security leaders and technical buyers
Identity security experience across IAM, IGA, PAM, access governance, NHI or adjacent areas would be highly relevant.
