Darkfin Labs is a consumer longevity brand using biotechnology to optimize the human healthspan, starting with the skin. Currently available @ulta, and Founder's Associate works directly with the founder, full-time, hybrid in NYC. You will be our founder's right hand in operations, content, and more. That includes content-production logistics, vendor coordination, retailer and marketplace onboarding, inbox and calendar triage, creator coordination, and special projects. The role grows into Operations Lead.

You will
- Work closely with the founder to manage and move forward high-priority projects
- Execute tasks on behalf of the founder: vendors, retailers, paperwork, follow-ups
- Manage the founder's calendar and inbox
- Coordinate with content team to assist creation
- Assist with marketing and logistics tasks
We operate on three month mutual fit assessment basis. Full time return offer will come with significant equity component.
