Syensqo is launching the Foundations for the Future Industrial development program in the US for entry-level Chemical or Mechanical engineers. You will engage in hands-on field work at multiple sites, tackling real-world manufacturing challenges from day one.
Expect a 18–24 month rotation, relocation 2–3 times, and acceleration toward key manufacturing or business roles within five years. English fluency is mandatory, internships are valued, and SAP/PI familiarity is a plus.
