House ManagerWe are seeking a House Manager to work with foster children between the ages of 3-18 in one of our group homes located in Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Phoenix, and Avondale.Working Hours:Mon-Fri: 6:00am-4:30pmResponsibilities:Maintain a safe, productive, pleasant, and joyful environment for children living within SRH group homes.Implement, monitor, and document the daily schedule, interactions, and positive behavioral management techniques.Facilitate therapeutic, recreational, and social skills.Manage and supervise staff and resources.Adhere to agency standards of practice for clients, staff, and the public.Salary:55K-60K per yearRequirements:REQUIREMENTS BELOW WILL BE VERIFIED.
