Supporting the foster care program in a hybrid role, the full-time Foster Home Supervisor will engage, support, and grow foster and kinship homes to ensure optimal placements for children while performing community-based visits and maintaining compliance with certification requirements. Key responsibilities Engage and support foster and kinship homes to enhance placement stability Assess needs and growth potential of foster homes to determine suitable placement matches for children Provide on-call crisis support to foster homes to prevent placement disruptions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field (Social Work, Psychology, or related field) Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and current auto insurance Ability to pass fingerprinting and background checks Ability to obtain SAFE Certification (may be completed upon hire) Preferred: Experience in youth service programs such as Foster Care, Child Welfare, or Social Services
