Foster Home Supervisor Colorado

To support the foster care program, the full-time Foster Home Supervisor Colorado will engage, support, and grow foster and kinship homes, ensuring compliance and stability for placements while working in a hybrid environment that includes community visits and office-based tasks. Key responsibilities Engage and support foster and kinship homes to enhance placement stability Assess needs and growth potential of foster homes to ensure appropriate placement matches for children Conduct community-based visits and maintain compliance with certification and training standards Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field (Social Work, Psychology, or related field) Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and current auto insurance Ability to pass fingerprinting and background checks Ability to obtain SAFE Certification (may be completed upon hire) Preferred: Experience in youth service programs such as Foster Care, Child Welfare, or Social Services
