nInteract, support, and converse with clients to keep them mentally healthy and alert.
nProvide clients and families with emotional support and instruction in areas regarding living independently, or adapting to disability.
nPerform various duties and needs as requested by clients, such as obtaining household supplies or running errands.
nAccompany clients to doctors' offices or on trips outside the home, and provide transportation, assistance, and companionship.

nAssure proper attire according to the medical doctor's recommendations, and climate.
nReport any maladaptive Behaviors
nReport any suspected Abuse Neglect and Exploitation to the Case Manager immediately.
nWe provide services that assist an individual in gaining access to needed medical, educational, and/or other services, including Transportation to Day Habilitation / Work location / Teaching ADLs according to a developed plan to reach a higher level of Independence.
nApproach individuals with a positive attitude to build a higher level of self–esteem.
nRecreational / Community activities, with prior approval
