Foster Care Treatment Director (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

PsychPros is a nationally recognized leader in recruiting for the behavioral healthcare field. We are currently recruiting for a Treatment Director to work full-time in Fort Collins, CO with youth in foster care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in the field of social work, counseling, or related field
• Licensed as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT required
• Three years experience in the field of social services; one year being in a supervisory/administrative capacity and two years being in providing direct care services.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance coverage
• Available for on call rotation

Pay

• Salary $66K-$86K depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the treatment and quality of care for the youth in placement.
• Responsible for oversight of the intake and placement process, coordinating with the Case Coordinators, Clinical Therapists and Family Development Specialists and using them in a consultative role to expedite placement of youth referred.
• Provide continuous direction, assistance, and clinical oversight to a divisional team.
• Accountable for the fiscal viability of the division.
• Ensure that youth, foster parent and other client files are in compliance at all times.
• Establish a routine schedule for performing file audits with the appropriate Division and auditing staff.
