Cadence Care Network has an immediate opening for a Foster Care Therapist to provide face-to-face individual and family psychotherapy services to youth and families in office, home, and/or community as designated in client's individual service plan. This candidate will develop, complete, implement, and review individual service plans for clients as required by Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services rules and Cadence Care Network policy.
Qualifications:
-Master's degree in social work or counseling.
-Licensed by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage & Family Therapist Board as LSW, LISW, LPC or LPCC.
-Valid Driver License, Auto Insurance and the provision of a vehicle for work purposes.
-Pass pre-employment drug screening and ODJFS required criminal records check.
