Job Summary

We are looking for a Forward Deployment Engineer to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, develop, and deploy technology solutions that address real-world business challenges. The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering skills, experience integrating enterprise systems, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and identify technology solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications and integrations.
• Build and maintain APIs, data pipelines, and integrations across enterprise systems.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and working solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, product, and business teams to deliver solutions.
• Support production deployments, monitoring, debugging, and continuous improvement.
• Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes to validate proposed solutions.
• Document technical designs, implementation procedures, and operational workflows.
• Ensure solutions meet reliability, security, scalability, and maintainability standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong software engineering and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing applications, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar.
• Experience working with databases, data processing, and system integration.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technical implementations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work directly with business and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
