The OpportunityWe're hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to help scale our AI voice agents as we move from product-market fit into rapid growth.
This is a hands-on, client-facing engineering role responsible for translating real-world requirements into production AI agents. You'll work closely with customers, sales, and engineering to:Translate customer-specific requirements and compliance constraints into robust, testable logicWrite tools and backend integrations that allow agents to interface with external systems (APIs, CRMs, payment platforms, etc.)Tune latency, responsiveness, and voice quality using platforms like OpenAI, ElevenLabs, and DeepgramDesign A/B tests to optimize business outcomes and regulatory adherenceYou'll thrive in this role if you:Have a proven track record of building software in TypeScript or PythonExperience building and consuming APIsHave experience working with AI systems, orchestration frameworks, or LLM evaluation toolsAre excited by the unique challenges of building low-latency, interruptible real-time voice systemsAre motivated by delivering measurable impact in regulated, high-trust domains like finance or healthcareEnjoy operating close to the customer and iterating quickly based on live data and feedbackWant to be part of a high-ownership, execution-focused team solving meaningful problemsNice to have:Familiarity with voice design, turn-taking, and dialog systemsExperience in financial services, healthcare, or other compliance-heavy environmentsFluency in Spanish
