We're seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to support a cutting-edge AI consulting team. Our client, an innovative AI solutions provider, offers flexible remote work arrangements--out of region. This is a full-time, direct hire role. The position focuses on building and deploying enterprise AI applications with a strong emphasis on technical proficiency and client collaboration.
Forward Deployed Engineer Responsibilities:
- Create and implement AI solutions, including workflows and agentic systems, for production use.
- Take ownership of entire projects from design through deployment and ongoing refinement.
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to align AI solutions with business goals.
- Integrate AI applications into existing enterprise systems and architectures.
- Quickly adapt to new technical environments, tools, and business contexts.
Forward Deployed Engineer Qualifications:
- Possess 3-8 years of software engineering experience developing and deploying applications.
- Demonstrate expertise in the full software development lifecycle and system architecture.
- Hands‑on experience with AI development, especially with LLMs and agentic workflows.
- Proficiency with AI development tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
- Strong understanding of APIs, cloud environments, and system integration; excellent communication skills.
