Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Description

We're hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to turn strategic ideas into working AI-powered solutions in real client environments. This is a hands-on, client-facing builder role that cuts across AI, product, data, infrastructure, and integrations. You'll design end-to-end solutions, weigh build-versus-buy decisions, define system behavior and success criteria, and move fast from concept to production-ready implementation.

The role is centered on AI-first development using tools such as Cursor, Copilot, and Claude Code to generate, refine, and validate code, infrastructure, and workflows. You'll connect APIs, databases, SaaS platforms, and legacy systems, build data pipelines and transformations, assess data readiness, and deploy solutions where they'll actually be used. Success here comes down to sound architectural judgment, strong prototyping instincts, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to turn stakeholder needs into practical technical solutions.
