Job Description:

Forward Deployed Engineer – Bellevue, WA

You Will:

• Collaborate with business stake holders, product managers, and engineering teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
• Support the complete PDLC/SDLC lifecycle including requirements gathering solution design development testing deployment and postproduction support
• Configure, customize, and develop applications to address business needs
• Troubleshoot application and system issues identify root causes and implement sustainable fixes
• Work closely with developers to integrate solutions and enhance product functionality
• Participate in system testing user acceptance testing UAT and production deployments
• Monitor solution performance and provide ongoing maintenance and support
• Document technical designs implementation approaches and operational procedures
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices to ensure high-quality solution delivery
• Quickly learn new technologies tools and business processes as required

Skills You Will Bring:

• Basic understanding of software development principles and SDLC methodologies
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python Java JavaScript C or similar
• Understanding of APIs databases and system integrations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective Communication Skills, Customer Service Oriented, Teamwork and collaboration.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Strong intellectual curiosity and affinity to technology.
• Exhibits attention to detail in day-to-day activities along with Problem solving abilities.
• Technical curiosity and motivation to succeed. Well-rounded extra-curricular experiences, with demonstrated leadership.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with a technology focus.
• Majors include Math, Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Cyber Security, and others.
• 3.0 GPA or higher.
