We are looking for a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer to accelerate the development of an AI-powered, agentic analytics pipeline.
This role requires a strong software engineer with practical experience in Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, C#/.NET Core, TypeScript/Angular, and Python, along with domain knowledge in insurance, reinsurance, or financial services.
Requirements:
Insurance, reinsurance or financial-services domain knowledge, ideally within risk & analytics, actuarial or catastrophe modelling
- Software Engineering: Strong hands-on development experience with C#/.NET Core, TypeScript/Angular, and Python.
- Agentic AI & LLMs: Practical experience building LLM-based applications, RAG solutions, prompt engineering, and AI agent workflows.
- AI Frameworks: Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar agent orchestration frameworks.
- Rapid Prototyping: Ability to convert concepts into functional proof of concepts within a short timeframe.
- Development Practices: Familiarity with GitHub, Azure DevOps or equivalent tools, Agile methodologies, and the complete SDLC.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and rapidly prototype AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic AI frameworks.
- Translate architectural concepts and business requirements into working demos and proof of concepts.
- Develop and integrate solutions with existing applications using C#/.NET Core, Angular/TypeScript, and Python.
- Evaluate AI technologies, validate feasibility, and recommend approaches for scalable implementation
