Owning the roadmap for process blueprints and automation solutions, the full-time remote Forward Deployed Consultant will design, implement, and optimize automated business process solutions while collaborating with customer-facing teams and engineering to enhance customer engagement. Key responsibilities Own the roadmap and feature lifecycle for process blueprints and automation solutions Partner with teams to map customer requirements and build solution blueprints using platform features Translate strategic goals into Product Requirement Documents and manage the product backlog using Agile methodologies Required qualifications 3-8+ years of experience in Product Management, Process Automation, Business Analysis, or Solutions Consulting Experience building external-facing products in enterprise B2B SaaS environments Strong understanding of business workflow mapping and process improvement methodologies Hands-on technical experience with automation tools, workflow builders, or low/no-code platforms Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering and design
