Formulator - 1st Shift$22.00 - $25.00/hr1stMon-Wed: 06:00 am - 06:00 pm, Thur 6:00am - 11:30amFormulator Responsibilities:Manufacture products according to approved formulas and production specifications.Maintain accurate batch records and all required production documentation.Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and barrel handlers.Assist with warehouse organization and inventory control activities.Thoroughly clean manufacturing equipment after each production run.Inspect equipment for cleanliness and maintenance concerns prior to operation.Understand and operate equipment required to mix products according to formulation requirements.Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.Collaborate with supervisors and team members to maximize production output.Requirements for Formulator:High school diploma, GED equivalent, or applicable manufacturing experience required.Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 3.5 days per week, with overtime as needed.Dependable attendance and punctuality.Ability to work with minimal supervision.Strong teamwork and communication skills.Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and complete documentation accurately.Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and averaging.Preferred experience in food or feed manufacturing environments.Preferred experience operating blending or packaging equipment.QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
